Welcome to Prismolex ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. The Prismolex Platform

Prismolex is a multi-category platform connecting users across six distinct profile types:

• Business Profile: Business listings, catalog display, customer inquiries, and commercial engagement.
• Services Profile: Service provider listings, booking management, and customer requests.
• Jobs Profile: Candidate resumes, job postings, recruitment, and career networking.
• Student / Education Profile: Educational resources, student networking, and course updates.
• Health Profile: Wellness resources, directory listings, and consultation requests.
• Matrimonial Profile: Matchmaking matchmaking profiles, verification, and private connection requests.

2. User Accounts and Verification

Users must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Profile Plans and Subscription Services

Prismolex offers optional paid subscription tiers (e.g. Basic, Pro, Premium) for each of the six profile types. Paid plans provide enhanced visibility, premium listing badges, expanded lead limits, or priority support.

All subscription fees are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) or specified local currencies inclusive of applicable taxes.

4. Payment Processing

Payments for subscription plans and listing upgrades are processed securely through certified third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay). Prismolex does not directly store your credit card, debit card, or UPI banking credentials.

5. User Conduct and Content Guidelines

You agree not to post false, unlawful, misleading, obscene, or fraudulent information. Prismolex reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our community standards or applicable laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Prismolex provides the platform on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from user-to-user transactions or interactions.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
